Nashville, TN – Healing Innovations is proud to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of the FY26 Launch Tennessee SBIR Matching Fund following its recent federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) award from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The matching support will accelerate development of the Rise&Walk® InHome, a first-of-its-kind in-home robotic rehabilitation system designed to deliver high-intensity therapy outside of traditional clinical settings. This funding supports our mission to expand access to advanced rehabilitation tools for individuals recovering from neurological injuries, including populations such as veterans and rural residents who may face barriers to in-clinic care.

Administered by Launch Tennessee, the SBIR/STTR Matching Fund supports high-growth companies across the state that have secured highly competitive federal research and development funding. The FY26 cohort includes 32 companies statewide and marks the program surpassing $1 billion in cumulative economic impact for Tennessee’s innovation ecosystem.
