POST FALLS, IdahoHealing Innovations, a Nashville-based medical technology company specializing in rehabilitation robotics, is proud to announce its partnership with Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest (RHN), a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation facility serving patients throughout Idaho and the surrounding region. Clinical staff have completed comprehensive training and Rise&Walk® is now fully live at the facility, with patients already experiencing the benefits of this advanced rehabilitation technology.

Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest is part of the Ernest Health network and is recognized among the top 10% of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the United States by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR). The hospital holds Amputee and Stroke Rehabilitation certifications and was recently named one of America's Best Rehabilitation Hospitals by Newsweek. With a specialized, multidisciplinary care team dedicated to helping patients regain independence following injury, illness, or chronic medical conditions, RHN is an ideal partner for expanding access to advanced robotics rehabilitation in the Pacific Northwest.

Rise&Walk is the world's first 3-in-1 rehabilitation station, combining robotic-assisted gait training, seated reciprocal stepping, and standing balance support in a single compact system. Purpose-built for modern rehabilitation programs, Rise&Walk requires minimal staffing, is fast to set up, and supports a wide range of neurological patient populations across all phases of recovery. Its real-time metrics and progressive, evidence-based approach allow clinicians to individualize each session to each patient's tolerance and goals, helping patients safely do more in every therapy session.

“Partnering with Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest is a natural fit,” said Luke Benda, CEO of Healing Innovations. “Their commitment to clinical excellence and their track record of delivering exceptional rehabilitation outcomes make them exactly the kind of partner we want bringing Rise&Walk to patients. We are confident that this technology will open new doors for patients in Post Falls and across the PNW, helping clinicians push beyond the limits of what conventional therapy alone can achieve."

The Rise&Walk was created for the complex neurological patient populations that Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest specializes in serving. The technology is designed to benefit patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, amputee rehabilitation, and other neuromotor conditions. For many of these individuals, traditional rehabilitation approaches offer limited options, but the Rise&Walk's 3-in-1 design means a single system can meet patients where they are in their recovery journey and adapt as they progress.

“At Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest, we are always looking for ways to improve patient care and their quality of life.  Partnering with Healing Innovations and bringing the Rise&Walk to our facility reflects our commitment to equipping our clinical team with the most effective tools available,” said Alyssa Hall, Director of Therapy at RHN. “Our therapists are already putting this technology to use, and we are excited to see the impact it will have on our patients' recovery journeys."

Rise&Walk is now fully live at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest. Clinical staff have completed comprehensive onboarding and training with the Healing Innovations team, and the platform is actively being used to support patients across Post Falls, Idaho and the surrounding region on their road to recovery.
